Shipping policy

1. SHIPPING TIMEFRAME  
We aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Standard delivery time is **2–5 working days** across Pakistan after order confirmation.

2. ORDER PROCESSING  
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)  
Cash on Delivery is available on selected orders.  
Orders above **Rs. 25,000** may require advance payment.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES  
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

5. ORDER TRACKING  
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.

6. DELIVERY AREAS  
We deliver across Pakistan. In case your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you.

7. FAILED DELIVERY  
Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If delivery fails, the order may be cancelled.

8. ORDER CHANGES  
Once an order is placed, changes in address or items may not be possible. Please confirm details before placing your order.

9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY  
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect details.
