Refund & Return Policies– Aura Aesthetics Care

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Must include proof of purchase
- Products with broken seal, scratched QR code, or opened packaging are NOT eligible

Non-Returnable Items

- Used or opened products
- Scratched / damaged packaging by customer
- Personal care & aesthetic products (once opened)

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Return Process

To start a return, contact us via email.
Return instructions will be shared after approval.
Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

- Refund will be processed within 15 working days after approval
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Important Notes

- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of customer fault, return may not be accepted
